Who We Are
Michael Paul – Born and raised in Atlanta, GA; it took a little while before I figured out that I actually sleep a lot better at night when I’ve used the time I do have any given day to help just one other person in some real way. And since I really do love me some good sleepin’, I love me some Second Saturdays.
Anjanette Paul – Best described by my many passions for animals, travel, service work, the environment, and organizing things. I have the best husband in the world who shares some of these passions (like serving with Second Saturday’s of course!) and lovingly accepts the rest (like my obsession with reducing, reusing, and recycling…and organizing our refrigerator by food group).
Anne Yoder – An Alabama native, but a huge fan of Atlanta and the life I have established here including amazing friends, a steady career path and unlimited opportunities to serve. I am so grateful for the chance to serve through Second Saturdays alongside other people who share the passion of helping those in our community who need it the most. Please join us! You never know whose Second Saturday you might brighten!
Matt Tomlinson – Best described as a that guy with red hair who burns easily. I have spent most of my life in Atlanta and I’m married with a 3 yr old little boy. To say the least, I feel like I have been blessed with way too much and spending time giving back to people in need fires me up.
Jenn Cremins – The Yankee. Born and raised in the North East, Jenn moved to Atlanta seven years ago and still has not incorporated the word “ya’ll” into her vocabulary. A stem cell scientist by trade…and a free-spirit by nature, she spends lots of time asking questions and searching for answers. So…why Second Saturdays? Jenn feels ‘at home’ (and most alive!) when she’s working on projects that enable and empower people who are trapped in disadvantaged circumstances.
Bobby Cremins – I’ve spent most of my life in Atlanta and it’s hard not to notice the amount of people in need. There are clear lines between the haves and the have nots around the city and I have spent most of my life trying to stay on the have side of the street. Second Saturdays is basically a way for me to cross the street, but I thought perhaps by inviting friends to do the same we could start to blur the lines and make a difference in our city.
